Dragon Portals are special items found only in Levels. Merging them will summon a Dragon from Camp. Five kinds of portals exist:

Summoned dragons are taken at random from among the dragons of applicable types you have in your camp. This means that when you play a level with portals when you are more experienced, you can get more varied and advanced types of dragons.
Dragons summoned from camp cannot be merged.
