Events are time limited implementations which usually have a theme and special, not available anywhere else rewards, such as Event Dragons.
Events unlock when you beat Grassy 3 and have at least 35 Dragon Power.
Events most of the time will start the Friday at the week of the event update release.

- The table above is true for the last several previous events, not all.
- You can, eventually, always buy an egg from the buy menu with the previous Event's dragon, given you've unlocked the dragon whelp of that event (with the Stadium Dragons as an exception). New players can try and get the whelps from the reccuring Ancient Games which usually has past event eggs as prizes.
- A holiday kind event is expected to be released every month. Any event that happend is expected to be available again next year on the same month, though it won't necessarily be exactly the same. In that matter, any event which is not time related, such as the Magic Moon Event, can potentially reoccur in a different month across the year than the month of initial occurence. Time related events are mostly but not limited to holidays.
- There will always be 6 Crimson Dragon Eggs and 2 Mystery Tanzanite Eggs in every event map, but in some rare cases (such as the Fairy Event) it's possible to have 3 or more eggs of the event exclusive dragons instead of Crimson.
- Ancient Games is a recurring event.
- Lately (August 2018), it seems events are usually going to occur every two weeks with old events reoccurring many times.
