What if I could have afforded to construct all my buildings at once at initial building prices?

Have you ever noticed that stone bricks price or magic coins price for building is relative to the level of your buildings, therefore to your current storage capacity?

Anyone will agree on the fact that building multiple buildings at once is preferable to constructing them one by one, since the price increases each time a building is finished. The same way it's preferable not to merge anything before having finished buying all low level sites....

If you have already spent resources to build and got your prices increased accordingly...Is it still worth it to sell them all and start again from zero?

WilI I be able to buy enough Build Site to rebuild all before the first one is completed and increases the cost?

The answer is yes, since all multiple 1x1 structures can be constructed at once and the larger ones can be bubbled it is theoretically possible to build anything at base price. However there are a few things to consider.

Notes of importance

Space

Building high level structures with this technique requires a lot of available land tiles as you need to put out all building sites at once.

A Gigantic Coin Vault requires merging at least 125 Basic Coin Vaults or 313 Tattered Coin Vaults.

Current capacity

All magic coins and stone bricks in storage are lost when exceeding your coin storage or stone storage capacity.

Example: You might have a Mythical Stone Yard and 1 Opulent Stone Yard which provides you with a total capacity of 3400 stone bricks. If you have it all filled up and sell your Mythical Stone Yard, you'll end up with 900 stone bricks.

It is therefore recommended to spend your current stored resources before selling your buildings as you will then downsize your storage and rely on resource objects instead.

Having decreased your storage to minimum you can then tap to collect your resources, the excess should be given back to you in form of leftovers which is a 1x1 non-mergeable object. This will save space. However, an important note; If you do not have space in your camp your leftover resources might disappear due to a bug in the game as they don't bubble. If you get the warning message "Need more space" you should NOT tap even if you think you have space.

Pile of Nightstone Bricks Leftover Stones Leftover Coins Magic Currency

Coin Vaults

This is the most profitable appliance of this technique.

indeed :

-you can spend bricks to get lv2 Vaults without being limited by stone storage capacity.

-first "bubblable" Vault is only lv7 instead of lv8 for homes: You can get 1*lv7 from 125 * Lv2 or 2*Lv7 from 208 Lv2.

When all buildings are either bubble trapped or sold 1 Lv2 Building requires only 40 Bricks. Exemple for 2 lv7 :

208*40 = 8320 stone bricks (11 Pile of Nightstone Bricks / 28 NightStone Bricks / 70 Nightstone Brick) 70 stamina spent harvesting from lv9 Bluemoss Stoneguard.

-Selling your low level buildings will provide coins.

-tapping each building also provides coins. 208lv2 + 83lv3 + 33lv4 + 13lv5 + 5lv6 + 2lv7 = 208TC+129BC+7SC. merging all of these will result in : 2 Magic Gem of Tears , 1 Magic Coin - Spellium, 1 Magic Coin - Gold for 208 stamina spent building vaults + moreorless 70 stamina spent harvesting stone.

with 1000 stamina spent you'll be very close from building 4*2lv7 and getting 1 Magic Gem of Life tapping the buildings before merging them.

As a result, if we only want to make coins, it is not competitive compared to watermelons or gold apples but taking into account you're actually building 8 vaults which later provides 1 Magic Coin - Silver each every 10 minutes it does represent a great source of income.

Storage Yards

as mentioned on Tattered_Stone_Yard tip section

  • "To minimize the amount of stone needed to achieve the max chain, bubble-trapping Gigantic Stone Yards and Bottomless Stone Yards to artificially bring down the stone capacity is recommended."

Storage Yards are the most sensitive buildings for using this technique because you have to spend stones in order to get stone storage. without any storage you'll have only 100 bricks capacity which is not enough to buy lv2 storages 150 bricks at base price. you'll have to choose depending of your available space either to buy lv1(space consuming) either lv2 (bricks consuming since you'll have to have at least 1 lv3 storage to get enough storage to buy 1)

Even with the minimum stone price it will be very tricky to be able to buy enough building sites before stone prices increases. Dragons will finish the first buildings before you'll be able to load leftover stones again and again because of your artificially nearby zero decreased stone storage capacity...

there is a track: You could combine with hereafter Dragon home technique to get them all asleep for a while by selling all but one dragon's home too. You'll then experience some issue with time needed to construct all back again but nothing unmanageable i guess...

Dragon Homes

Due to preferable parallel sleeping logic instead of sequencial, it's better having more buildings per dragons rather than higher leve home. The exception being if you can afford a level 8 home in order to bubble it like storage yards.

You can buy lv2 for 80 bricks at initial price (which is more interesting than lv1 ones regarding to Space not cost!), you'll need 313 of them that is to say only 25 040 stones to achieve it from zero. Up to now i'm only 1500 dragon powered and i didn't cleaned my camp well enough to get so much space. I only could get 29 lv4 homes at once (183 lv2 building sites) i should have 50 to complete 1lv8.

However my 29 lv4 homes costed me much fewer bricks from zero than keeping old structures and simply adding new one at high cost.

Documented exemple:

At my actual home level(29 lv4) each new lv2 homes costs 11,945 bricks. if my goal is to get 6 more lv4 i have to get 38 lv2 : 38* 11,945= 453,910 bricks!

starting from zéro:

29+6=35 lv4 <= 220 lv 2 eq 220*80=17,600 bricks.

Issues:

-it's not possible to sell all your home you'll need to keep at least one that will have to be the lowest level possible in order to get the best building price.

-when selling all but one home all dragons will get to sleep on the same slot. constructing all back will then take a while...

I'm not sure how to proceed to manage in choosing which dragon will awake first but it would be best to choose an endurant one. Indeed it will have to build the most building possible before getting asleep and wait another 20 minutes before another one comes out from the slot. When having your first 5 homes immediately merge them and sell the first one. then merge anytime possible including homes containing most dragons to split them at maximum into new merged homes. or just let your phone run for several hours!
