Rainbow! is the last level of the Life Flowers and Wonder #2 of the Merge Dragon World. It's a type of non-merging object. It also spawns Baby Rainbow nearby occasionally.
The spawning of Baby Rainbow stops after a while, i.e. the Rainbow! does not seem to be an endless source of them via spawning.
Tapping this item initially will give you Baby Rainbows.
After that, the Rainbow! can be tapped for more of the above objects every 10 hours spent in camp.
