Summary[]
The Shiny Days Event is an In-Camp Event that rewards players who merge dragons and eggs, as well as providing a time period where the chances of receiving Shiny Dragons for specific dragon breeds from a merge are higher than normal.
Shiny Dragons are regular dragons altered with a shimmering 'shiny shell' and a rainbow comet after trace that trails behind them. It is theorized Shiny Dragons make up for having healed all dead land in Camp, where Life Orbs once popped would release targeting healing power to heal land, having turned into only evaporating on the tile where placed with no more dead land to release or uncover under Evil Fog. Once such a player has one or more Shiny Dragons, the Camp again has a tracing light move across the land, and it obviously hold visual allure.

Presentation[]
Progress in the event is shown when the Shiny Days Icon is tapped. It is presented as a stained-glass panel showing the eight possible rewards with a path linking them together. Your current points, and the points needed to receive the next reward are shown.
Points[]
Points, referred to as "Shiny Essence", are earned by merging eggs and dragons. In general, the rare and high level dragons will result in higher points. Points do not accumulate to the total points to complete but reset to zero after crossing each reward point. But points in excess of those required to complete a reward are carried over to the next level. 3,524 points were needed prior to 11 September 2024 complete the event. Points can be earned by either 3-merges or 5-merges.

On 2 September 2024 event, earned points were reduced by 20%. Immediately following this, on 5 September 2024 points tables were restored to amounts earned previously but this may have been a glitch that was corrected, as the 11 September 2024 event it returned to the 20% reduced points for merges. The total points to complete were also tripled to 12,572, and the rewards were increased, all representing the largest changes to date..

Rewards[]
There are eight physical rewards you can receive, as well as a conceptual "reward" in the form of a Shiny Chance Boost, (an increase in the possibility of receiving shiny dragons during a merge). Prizes are earned as the player progresses, but do not have to be collected immediately. Some of the rewards are fixed and revealed from the start of the event, and other rewards are drawn by chance. When collecting a chance reward, three identical Mosaics are presented and the player chooses one of them, revealing the received prize.
The "reward" of an ever increasing chance of getting Shiny Dragons is indicated by a text panel in the bottom right of the display. The Shiny Chance Boost starts at the "Lucky" level and increases through "Super Lucky" to the final "Luck of the Clover King".

Frequencies[]
Shiny Days Events initially ran approximately one week apart, though on different days, for the 1st three months May through July 2024. In August 2024, there were 7 different events on the 5th, 8th, 14th, 19th, 21st, 26th, and 28th, with some of these dates happening as frequent as 2 to 3 days from each other.
Dragons featured as the Primary Breed in these events are nearly never repeated. Exact data on increased 'shiny chances' of getting a Shiny Dragon from merges is presently unknown both during and not during the events so gaining the 8th tier point accumulation reward of a Level 3 Shiny Dragon of the Primary Breed greatly increases your Dragon Book collection to complete the chain of Shiny Dragons, as they are only available as Levels 1-4.
Primary Breeds offered so far are as follows: Anubis, Bunny, Chameleon, Cosmic, Croissant, Crowned, Diamond, Dreamer, Magician, Moon, Orca, Party, Plunderwing, Princess, Rising Sun, Swan, and Zeus.
